An innovative two-week lesson plan that aligns with Pre-School standards. Includes a lesson story, “Healthy Habits” (with English and Spanish text); two 5-day lesson guides; daily lessons and assessment activities; and additional lesson resources and materials. All featuring the “Seed Pals”, a diverse set of story characters that are relatable to all children and utilized to introduce basic lessons in creating healthy habits, such as, handwashing, covering coughs, please and thank you, getting rest and much more. The Lessons are easy to follow and modify for ages Pre-k through 1st grade.
